Returns & Exchange Policy
PRECIOUS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
How do I cancel an order on PRECIOUS?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
For outright cancellations by you:
- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
-If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
1)We are unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged product.
2)We do not entertain any cancellations or refund requests after 24 hours of placing the order.
3)In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product. You must email us at email@example.com about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.Please note, shipping charges will be bared by the customer for exchanges.
4)We will not be held liable for any RETURN or EXCHANGE that we were not notified about in the given time period.
5)Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange.
